If you would like to become a ‘Friend of Mount Zion’ the cost is £10 a year and besides supporting the Heritage Centre you will receive updates, by email or by post, in the form of a newsletter twice a year.

On Saturdays, the 504 Bus leaves the Halifax Bus Station at 15 mins past the hour, last bus 3.15pm. This can drop you at Per Lane. Returning to Halifax from the end of Per Lane 10 mins to the hour. Check here:
The chapel is situated about 100 yards away, along Per Lane.
On all the above occasions there will be displays of Methodist memorabilia
and refreshments will be available. Childrens Quiz in preparation.
Have a look around the large graveyard, the beautiful Chapel and the Hird
collection.
Listen to the award winning Annessens organ being played.
Afterwards, visitors can relax in the Cottage with a cup
of Yorkshire tea, cake and biscuits, courtesy of the Chapel ladies.
